Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Lead (Microsoft 365 / Azure Migration)13Years exp

Location: Sacramento CA (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall migration architecture approach and strategy
Lead the execution of migration activities including:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
Oversee identity and access migration using:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Azure AD Connect (AADC)
Ensure successful migration of permissions security groups policies and access controls
Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during migration
Ensure compliance with security standards including NIST 800-53
Develop and maintain technical documentation designs and reports

Required Qualifications

Experience in a technical leadership role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects
Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Azure AD Connect (AADC)
Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migration projects

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or Microsoft 365
Experience with government or public sector cloud migration environments
