ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Manager (PM) serves as the Contractors primary point of contact and is fully responsible for the overall performance and execution of all contract requirements providing leadership coordination and oversight of daily operations to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contract terms and Government expectations. The PM directs and manages all personnel resources and activities monitors performance and implements corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and compliance. The PM or designated alternate PM is vested with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in all matters related to contract performance and daily operations ensuring uninterrupted support at all times. The Contractor designates both the PM and an alternate in writing to the Contracting Officer within ten calendar days of contract award and provides advance notice of any planned changes at least five business days prior as well as notification within 24 hours of any unplanned changes. The PM or alternate PM remains available during standard operating hours Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1700 excluding Federal holidays or Government facility closures and maintains consistent communication with the Government to address operational needs resolve issues and ensure continuous effective contract performance.
