Job Summary

Role : Durability Simulation Specialist

Work Location Address Novi Michigan

Responsibilities:

FE Model build Assembly integration Simulation Debug Post processing and Report preparation for Vehicle and Subsystem Durability

Requirements:

Vehicle durability fatigue life prediction and vibration analysis for Vehicle Chassis and Body

FEA model build Simulation road load data correlation and optimizing structural integrity for vehicle and its systems

Proficient in using nCode Fatigue evaluation tool

Proficient in using solvers like Abaqus Nastran

Proficient in using ANSA pre processor

FEA Simulation activities like Linear and Non-Linear Fatigue and Durability Modal Vibration and Optimization

Knowledge of MBD simulation Crash Analysis CFD Simulation

Awareness of Automation tools like Python and VBA scripting
