Job Summary

Job Title: Professional - Inventory Control Specialist
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Columbia (Hybrid)
Contract Duration:21 W 5 D


JOB MISSION
Guarantee total inventory reliability and visibility of capability behavior and warehouse spaces while supporting operational excellence in all logistics operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily inventory control operational balances damages and team training.
2. Support operation and resource programming.
3. Coordinate cycle counts and audited inventories for raw materials spare parts and finished products.
4. Ensure product expiration info in CEDI and raw materials.
5. Blocked product control obsoletes write-offs and disposal records.
6. Monitor and control operational and inventory KPIs.
7. WMS configuration and training.
8. Review inventory levels and ensure customer supply.
9. CEDI capacity management and optimization leadership.
10. Ensure replenishment from external storage and monitor inter-plant transits.
11. Lead efficiency LEAN and savings projects.
12. Internal Controls Leader.
13. Ensure monthly updating of CEDI procedures.
14. Support month-end closing.
15. Monthly Inventory Value Report.
16. Manage and optimize warehouse storage spaces.
17. Process write-offs monitor blocked materials and manage corrective actions.
18. Coordinate logistics with planning purchasing export and import.
19. Maintain disposal documentation archive.
20. Update inventory profiles.
21. Ensure FIFO compliance.
22. CEDI Biometric Leader.
23. Lead transport claims.
24. Internal audits for CEDI and warehouse.
25. Implement corporate programs (EHS QMS EWMA Chain of Custody FORCE MGI SOX).
26. Ensure compliance with One KC behavi
QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Comply with document control practices.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Support KPI monitoring and consumer satisfaction.
- Report quality incidents.
- Promote continuous improvement.
EHS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with risk control procedures.
- Report hazards.
- Participate in health and safety programs.
- Promote environmental care.
PESV RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in road safety training.
- Report unsafe conditions.
FINANCIAL DIMENSION

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Technical/technologist or related fields. Preferred: Accounting admin or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge: Administrative processes WMS in SAP staff management Excel intermediate/advanced.
- Experience: 1 year in similar roles.
- Schedule: 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
- Technology: Office package.
