Job Summary

Title: RM - Application Engineer
Location: Redmond WA (In Office)

POSITION OVERVIEW This role is responsible for developing and supporting multiple applications within and peripheral to Oracle Financial Applications R12 specifically within the CM&T business unit. The team focuses on designing solutions to automate financial processes handling massive data volumes and complex transactions that scale to support millions of daily entries.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop solutions for automating complex financial processes within Oracle R12.
Build high-performance reliable solutions in a multi-tiered distributed Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Develop RICE (Reports Interfaces Conversions and Extensions) components using Oracle Forms Reports and XML Publisher.
Perform data modeling and data analysis to ensure system performance scalability and availability.
Drive requirements discussions with customers and technical teams to define software product features.
Mentor junior software engineers and influence engineering best practices within the team.
