As Waxlys first marketing hire you will own the brands presence and community growth from day one. Working directly with the founders in Hackney Wick youll create engaging short-form video content manage social channels and visit record stores to capture the essence of vinyl culture directly impacting how collectors discover and trade music online.

What you will do:

• Plan produce and schedule original short-form video content and social media campaigns for TikTok and Instagram.

• Write compelling editorial pieces blog posts and email marketing campaigns to engage the growing collector community.

• Visit local record stores and industry events to capture authentic content and build relationships within the vinyl ecosystem.

The ideal candidate:

• 02 years of marketing experience with a portfolio of strong personal projects or professional social media growth.

• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for a passionate niche musical audience.

• Deeply immersed in music and vinyl culture with a proactive mindset ready to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
