We are now looking for an Sales Manager to grow our FoodTech business across Southeast Asia with a strong focus on Thailand and surrounding markets. This is a pure individualcontributor role no people management no P&L where your success is measured by growth relationships and commercial impact.
Your mission
You will drive sales growth for advanced climate control and digital solutions used in modern food production. Acting as a trusted commercial partner you will build strong channel relationships support complex sales cycles and represent our solutions with confidence in the market.
What youll do
- Develop activate and grow sales channels and partners across Southeast Asia in line with the FoodTech strategy.
- Set clear sales targets with your channels and actively support them to achieve results through structured followups and joint actions.
- Support and participate in large complex deals working closely with integrators and key enterprise customers.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales and marketing colleagues including software and digital solution teams.
- Build strong relationships with integrators partners and key stakeholders in the region.
- Own your pipeline: keep CRM data up to date and contribute to regular regional commercial reviews.
- Stay close to the market by gathering firsthand customer and channel insights feeding them into forecasting budgeting and product development discussions.
- Continuously deepen your understanding of farming practices and the food supply chain positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a seller.
