Job Summary

Responsibility:
Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business
Will require strong key account management capabilities including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
He or She serves their customers as a product and industry counselors who support customer organizational objectives regarding farm biosecurity safety quality and operations.
Drive sales process at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits customer workshops training)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth
Technical knowledge in poultry farm and swine management
Key account management

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Veterinarian science or animal science
At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Leadership (manage without direct authority)
Strong relationship/trust-building capabilities
Key Account management skills
Project management skills
Ability to work in and across international teams.
Good command of English
Able to travel and working
