Key Responsibilities
Plan and define marketing communication strategies across all online and offline channels
Set the direction and operational structure of marketing activities to align with organisational goals
Plan and manage advertising and PR communications to support sales growth across products and services
Prepare and manage the marketing budget; propose and drive projects according to plan
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies and improve sales effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management (strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing strategy
Creative thinker open to learning and applying new ideas
Strong interpersonal skills leadership presence and excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Good command of English (spoken written and reading)
