Instore Product Support Representative

About your Role

Our Product Support team is expanding.Weare looking for anInstore Product Support Representativeto join our Construction Industry team on a permanent fulltime basis at our Beaudesert Road branch.

In this role youwill build trusted customer relationships and drive parts and service sales through proactive phone and digital engagement. Youwill focus on developingemergingaccountsidentifyingaftermarket opportunities and turning transactional or lapsed customers into consistent growing customers.

Reporting to ourProduct Support Sales Manager Regional the key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively generate new business through structured outbound calling digitalengagementand targeted site visits.

• Build strong trusted relationships withowneroperators and small to medium contractors understanding their equipment needs and commercial drivers.

• Manage the sales funnel in CRM ensuringaccuratetracking of opportunities customer interactionsissuesand equipment data.

• Preparetimelyandaccurateparts and service quotations including rebuilds labour CVAs componentsundercarriageand wear solutions.

• Promote Caterpillars service and digital offerings such as CVAs Repair Options Rebuilds HD360VisionLink Cat Inspect and Cat Central.

• Resolve parts warranty and service issues with internal stakeholders while promoting Caterpillar offerings such as CVAs Repair Options Rebuilds and digital platforms.

• Monitor competitor activity and fleet movements while achieving performance targets across sales revenue gross margin payment terms equipmenthealthand issue management.

• An understanding of Hastings Deering and Caterpillar support systems isadvantageous.

• A trade qualification ordemonstratedtechnical aptitude would be highly regarded.
