Head of Design & Technology Harlow (London Fringe TLR)
Salary: MPS/UPS (London Fringe) TLR (competitive dependent on experience)

The Role Head of Design & Technology
- Lead and strategically develop the DT curriculum across KS3KS5
- Manage and mentor a dedicated DT team driving high-quality teaching
- Deliver engaging lessons across DT specialisms (flexibility depending on strengths)
- Raise attainment and embed a culture of creativity and excellence
- Oversee departmental resources health & safety and enrichment provision
The Ideal Head of Design & Technology
- UK QTS and a degree in Design & Technology or related subject (2:1 or above)
- Strong track record of teaching with proven student outcomes
- Experience in a leadership capacity or clear readiness to step up
- Passion for innovation creativity and hands-on learning
- Committed to collaboration improvement and whole-school impact
