Salary: MPS/UPS (London Fringe) TLR (competitive dependent on experience)

The Role Head of Design & Technology

• Lead and strategically develop the DT curriculum across KS3KS5
• Manage and mentor a dedicated DT team driving high-quality teaching
• Deliver engaging lessons across DT specialisms (flexibility depending on strengths)
• Raise attainment and embed a culture of creativity and excellence
• Oversee departmental resources health & safety and enrichment provision

The Ideal Head of Design & Technology

• UK QTS and a degree in Design & Technology or related subject (2:1 or above)
• Strong track record of teaching with proven student outcomes
• Experience in a leadership capacity or clear readiness to step up
• Passion for innovation creativity and hands-on learning
• Committed to collaboration improvement and whole-school impact
