Inventory Coordinator

Required Skills:

Qualifications: 2 years of experience as an inventory specialist logistics coordinator or in warehouse and supply chain roles with strong inventory management experience. Associate degree or coursework in supply chain logistics or business is preferred for candidates with an inventory specialist or logistics coordinator background. Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking within warehouse and supply chain environments as an inventory specialist. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes warehouse operations and supply chain best practices as a logistics coordinator. Ability to analyze inventory reports and support warehouse and supply chain decision-making as an inventory specialist. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and systems used in inventory warehouse and supply chain management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required for managing inventory within a fast-paced warehouse and supply chain environment as a logistics coordinator. Excellent communication skills to coordinate across warehouse production and supply chain teams as an inventory specialist. Ability to read write and understand basic English/Spanish to interpret/follow safety guidelines and work instructions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand walk bend stoop kneel crouch and climb for extended periods. Ability to lift push and pull objects weighing up to e.g. 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a manufacturing facility (e.g. varying temperatures noise levels potential for dust/debris wet floors). Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating equipment and handling supplies. Work Schedule: Full Time: Monday-Friday 1st Shift (8:00am 4:00pm) Depending on operational needs some weekend work may be required.
