Job Summary

My client is looking for a proactive hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to take ownership of infrastructure stability ERP support and vendor management in a fast-paced environment.

Youll play a key role in ensuring systems are reliable secure and running optimally across cloud networks and enterprise platforms.

Infrastructure Platform Stability

Monitor servers cloud platforms networks identity services and endpoints
Maintain infrastructure monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms
Coordinate proactive maintenance and performance tuning
Ensure capacity planning and system optimisation

ERP &Platform Operational Support

Monitor ERP system health availability and performance
Coordinate support with ERP vendors and partners
Manage ERP patching upgrades and maintenance cycles
Support integrations between ERP warehouse and reporting systems
Coordinate resolution of ERP-related incidents

MSP Governance & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate daily operational activities with MSPs
Monitor SLA adherence and service delivery performance
Escalate and resolve vendor-related issues
Enforce operational standards and contractual obligations

Incident Problem & Change Management

Lead and coordinate major incident response
Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes
Ensure proper documentation of incidents and changes

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
At least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure and operations
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure (servers networks cloud platforms)

Microsoft Azure AWS
Microsoft VMware

Strong service management capability (ITIL)
Ability to manage vendors and complex environments
Ability to provide operational leadership and oversight
Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability and quality
Commitment to continuous improvement
