Job Summary

Finance Data Analyst- German language

Ensure the provision reliability and continuous improvement of the financial data landscape including reporting and planning systems (e.g. SAP and other tools)

Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to align data solutions with company strategy and reporting requirements

Manage and support the execution of monthly quarterly and annual financial closing and planning processes from a systems and data perspective

Act as a key point of contact for finance-related system topics supporting different departments with data and tool-related queries

Drive the evolution of financial data architecture acting as a finance data expert within the organization

Develop analytical solutions and reports to support controlling activities and business decision-making

Identify improvement opportunities across financial processes and proactively propose optimization initiatives

Deliver internal training and support to operational teams on financial systems and tools

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration Finance Controlling Business Informatics or similar

Strong experience in Finance / Controlling environments

Experience working with financial systems and data environments

Solid understanding of financial processes (P&L Balance Sheet Forecasting Budgeting)

Experience in project management related to systems data or process improvements (valued)

Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders

Fluent in German and strong English skills
