Job Summary

This is a remote position.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the back-end functions for our 5 global brands. You will be the central point for data integrity across Target Walmart Macys Faire and TikTok Shop. Your primary goal is to ensure our product catalogues storefront and pricing are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalogue & Listing Maintenance

Execute the setup and launch of new product listings across 5 platforms ensuring 100% accuracy in titles descriptions and attributes.
Perform regular Health Checks on listings to fix suppressed content broken images or categorization errors.
Conduct bulk price updates and promotional price adjustments.
Manage the upload and organization of digital assets (images videos and A content) across all brand portals.

Inventory & Price Syncing

Perform monthly inventory reconciliation with our 3PL
Daily cross-check pricing across all platforms to ensure price parity

Requirements

2 years of experience as an ecommerce Virtual Assistant Specialist relevant experience with Amazon Walmart Target or Tik Tok Shop is preferred.
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to follow complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work independently with minimal supervision.
