Assistant Manager, Client Partner (GrabAds)

As part of GrabAds Philippines team you will source & sell-through advertisers for campaigns with GrabAds across offline & online channels. You will pitch and will be leading advertisers to work with GrabAds directly & through their media agencies.

You will work alongside the GrabAds sales and account management team and maintain a pipeline tracking towards a quarterly quota under an incentive scheme. You will also work closely with internal key stakeholders within Grab to drive more opportunities for business growth providing external partners more ways to work with GrabAds. The role will be reporting to the Head of GrabAds PH based out of Grabs main office in Pasig City.

Were looking for someone who is driven motivated and can work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment and team. For this particular role as a Client Partner you will carry an individual target with an incentive scheme and multipliers to motivate your sales achievements.

Given that you will have a number of stakeholders within GrabAds PH were looking for candidates that reflects humility confidence with a heart and someone who rolls up their sleeves to achieve our goals.

Qualifications :

• Averaging 3-5 years of digital media sales and/or experience in the Philippines advertising landscape coming from a brand/marketing/agency or other platforms in the ad-tech space.
• Experienced in servicing and selling to Media Agencies and Direct brands better with on-going relationships with key clients with background on media planning and platform solutions.
• Extensive experience working & selling to media managers & senior marketing leaders from the agency & brands capable of monitoring and tracking their own sales pipeline and client engagement.
• With proficiency in presentation skills public speaking and negotiation skills.
• Manages to provide accurate sales forecasting and key sales reports with business KPIs
• Have a clear knack for winning media briefs creating pitches for long-term/short-term wins capable of building brand strategies that could bring up and recommend ideas to partners through GrabAds.
• A Team-player capable to work closely with the team and other stakeholders within the company in planning strategically building ways to work together.
• Track record of delivering against targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme one who is motivated by closing deals & driving business opportunities to support the countrys target goals.
