Job Title: Virtual Enrollment Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Virtual Assistant Enrollment Specialist to join our remote this role you will play a key part in helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process for online education programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people organizing information and working in a results-driven environment from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with prospective students and guide them through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Communicate with prospective students through phone calls emails chat and SMS.
• Accurately provide information about online academic programs that match each students goals.
• Track and manage student inquiries applications and follow-ups in a CRM system.
• Maintain regular contact and provide ongoing support to ensure prospective students complete all enrollment requirements.
• Meet or exceed enrollment and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with other virtual team members to ensure efficient and positive student experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred but equivalent experience in customer service virtual support or sales will be considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in online learning support admissions customer service recruiting or sales.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of communication in a structured and organized manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems cloud-based tools and virtual communication platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Motivated empathetic and goal-oriented personality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online education or non-traditional adult learners.
• Background in consultative or relationship-based sales.
• Familiarity with virtual office tools (Google Workspace Microsoft Teams Zoom Slack etc.).
