Were looking for a driven and detailoriented Credit Controller to join our fastpaced global organisation where Finance sits at the centre of everything we this role youll play a key part in protecting the business by ensuring timely collections reducing risk and nurturing strong client relationships.
From day one youll be engaging with clients regarding overdue invoicesusing both phone and emailwhile supporting internal teams with any related queries. Within your first few months youll take ownership of monitoring customer accounts investigating discrepancies reporting on debt positions and helping refine our existing credit control processes.
Youll work closely with the Credit Manager on litigation preparation credit risk identification and credit limit monitoring. This role also includes approving client refunds supporting Accounts Receivable activities and contributing to broader team projects when needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a highpressure fastmoving environment and is excited by the challenge of keeping cash flow strong while maintaining positive client partnerships.
Youre a confident communicator with at least 3 years of credit control experience and youre comfortable balancing professionalism with the diplomacy needed to manage sensitive payment conversations. You have strong attention to detail a proactive mindset and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and processes.
