Location: Whiteley Fareham

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Salary: 26000- 27500 Per Annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm

About the role:

We are seeking a professional detaildriven Credit Controller to join us on a 6month fixedterm contract providing essential support during a period of operational transition. You will manage a busy ledger resolve queries efficiently and help maintain strong cash flow while the team moves toward increased automation. This role suits someone who is organised confident in customer communication and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely customer payments and maintain a clean ledger

• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• Follow the Dunning process and uphold data accuracy

• Manage account queries and coordinate with internal teams

• Monitor the dunning system and process card payments when required

• Identify and escalate potential baddebt risks

• Support wider ledger team tasks

• Contribute to cashflow improvement across the business
