About the Opportunity

• Serve as the organizations subject matter expert on immigration programs ensuring compliance with all federal and provincial legislationwith a focus on Atlantic Canada and Ontario
• Assess andadjudicatecomplex immigration cases determiningappropriate pathwaysfor foreign nationals from hire through to permanent residency
• Provide consultation and guidance to Recruitment HR Business Partners and leaders on immigration-related matters
• Lead and support the immigration compliance audit process including reporting follow-up and risk mitigation
• Oversee and provide guidance to Immigration Consultants and Assistants including onboarding training and quality review of applications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including government bodies to support successful immigration outcomes and program alignment

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement collaboration and accountability you bring:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designation with active membership in good standing
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as an Immigration Consultant
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and pathways
• Experience managing complex immigration cases and providing end-to-end application support
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Strong communicationand stakeholder relationship skills
• Valid drivers license
