Job Summary

AWS GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architects (SA) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise who works directly with customers to solve their most complex challenges using Generative AI Traditional AI and Machine this role we contribute to account planning and architect GenAI and Machine Learning solutions for ground-breaking customer challenges while running Proof-of-Concepts and exploring innovative solutions. We bring valuable customer data and insights to product teams continuously enhancing the product roadmap.

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
- Provide customers with deep technical expertise in Generative AI Traditional AI and Machine Learning with AWS services to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with specialist sales marketing and products teams to ideate around your customers most challenging problems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line of business AI Data and C-suite leaders.
- Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance your customers technical objectives.
- Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs whitepapers reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit AWS re: Invent etc. Participate as a leader in AWS technical communities.
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Provide data and anecdotes on what is working and what is not back to the larger specialist community and product teams. Act as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues in your technical specialty.

- 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

- 5 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
