• Write high-converting captions hooks and CTAs
  
  
• Manage DMs comments and engagement
  
  
• Stay current on trends formats and algorithm shifts

• Set up manage and optimize ad accounts across:

• Implement retargeting strategies across platforms

• Set up and manage tracking systems:

• Proven experience in digital marketing paid ads management
  
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  
  
  • Meta Ads Manager
    
    
  • Google Ads
    
    
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads
    
    
• Strong content creation and video editing skills (CapCut Canva etc.)
  
  
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
  
  
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

• This is a fulltime staff position
• Base hourly rate of $25-$30 (based on experience)
