Job Summary
Power up your career as an Electrical Support Technician in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
Handle troubleshooting and fault-finding while delivering exceptional support across multiple communication channels.
Handle troubleshooting and fault-finding while delivering exceptional support across multiple communication channels.
- Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
- Perform fault finding on devices and help resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide technical support to clients via email WhatsApp and telephone
- Deliver professional and helpful client services at all times.
- Wiring of PCBs
- Checking wiring and networking of various security systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Bilingual with the ability to communicate with clients
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to learn configuration and fault-finding processes
- Drivers license and vehicle essential
Qualification:
- BTech/Beng/Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
