Join as the founding marketing lead for a consumer healthcare brand clinically proven to outperform the global market leader. Backed by experienced D2C operators and former industry executives you will build the entire marketing function from scratch owning performance creative and retention to launch a revolutionary dental product in 2026.

Location: London UK

What you will do:

• Build and execute the entire D2C growth engine managing hands-on performance marketing across Meta and Google.

• Establish a high-velocity creative operation to produce test and iterate on paid media assets at pace.

• Own the full customer lifecycle including Shopify ecosystem management CRM strategy and data-driven retention loops.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of scaling a D2C subscription brand from early-stage to significant revenue on constrained budgets.

• Deep technical expertise in performance marketing capable of managing accounts directly rather than just overseeing agencies.

• A high-intensity founders mentality thriving in an in-person Camden-based environment with an ambitious 2026 launch timeline.
