What will you do
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking merchants
- Manage customer queries end-to-end via phone email and live chat
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Sales Underwriting and other internal teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive merchant experience throughout the journey
- Share customer feedback to support product and process improvements
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fintech or financial services
- Organised adaptable and eager to learn
- Additional language skills such as Czech Slovak or Polish are an advantage
