The Role

We are looking for a System Support Principal an individual who will combine both technical knowledge and business knowledge to provide best in class technical support for the IWMS firms who leverage Fidelity Institutional(FI)technical integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for the technical integrations that power our clients day-to-day activities outside of Wealthscape. The ideal candidate will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with deconstructing complex system all while providing world class customer service.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors Degreepreferred

  • Combined minimum of 3 years of work experiencerequired

  • Strong Wealthscape knowledge

  • Knowledge of Clearing Custody and Family Office

  • Technology troubleshooting

  • Phone based customer service

  • Financial Services experience preferred

  • Technical knowledge of SFTP APIs XML and various authentication models.

  • Knowledge of Fidelitys products and services desirable

  • Salesforce Microsoft Teams Service Now Kibana/Grafana all desirable

  • Problem solver comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to deconstruct complex workflows

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to articulate technical issues to both the business and to technological partners.

The Team

Platform Support is part of the Custody Client Service group within the Client Experience (CE) division of Fidelitys Fidelity Wealth organization. The Client Experience division is dedicated to delivering superior service to Clearing and Custody clients through innovation collaboration and operational excellence.

Our Platform Support Integrations team provides hightouch whiteglove production support acting as a trusted intermediary between clients and technology teams. The work we do is critical unresolved issues may impact clients ability to access account data market information or trading capabilities potentially creating reputational or market risk.

You will collaborate daily with internal partners such as Relationship Managers Client Service Managers Squad Leaders Engineers Developers and Product Managers as well as external stakeholders across Fidelity Investments.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
