Your primary tasks and responsibilities:
- Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
- Building a strong talent pipeline
- Effectively using a variety of sourcing and screening tools
- Building rapport with candidates and effectively communicating the companys value proposition

- Are an excellent communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills

- Have Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
