About the Role
- You sourceand attractthe besttalentto join our successful venturesmainly forTech / IT roles
- Youdrivestrategic partnerships with ourtech teamsto understand hiring needs and to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies
- You develop targeted marketing strategies to create awareness andidentifynew candidate pools
- You own and manage the full cycle talent acquisition process from the intake meeting to sourcing pipeline managementinterviewing and offering of new employees
- You regularly engage with your hiring teams and ensure they are on top of things
- You provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes witha personal touchand professional communication (in job ads interviewsfeedback offers)
- You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of ourtalent acquisition functionby sharing your ideas and bringing them to life
- You are networker at heart and build andmaintainprospect- and candidate relationships at its best
About You
- Ideally 5 years of provenfull-cyclerecruiting experience within fast-growing companies orstart-upsin a competitive market
- An understandingofthechallenges and needs of growing business especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry
- Exceptional offer and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a data-drivenrecruitmentenvironment with generatinginsightful reportsfor stakeholdersandtheability to convinceothers with data
- Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
- Experience working ontheGerman and Polishtalentmarketsis a plus
