Leasing Consultant

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations at two residential communities in Milwaukee. The Easton located on the lower east side is a premier luxury residence blending contemporary sophistication with the character of one of the citys most walkable and energetic neighborhoods. Row31 located in the eclectic Riverwest neighborhood is a unique community of luxury townhouses that balance the convenience of city living while incorporating expansive outdoor elements. This isnt just a leasing job its an opportunity to build community represent a standout brand and make a real impact in peoples lives.

What Youll Do:

• Showcase the communitys layouts highlighting modern amenities and location advantages
• Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position the community as a premier living destinations
• Assist with marketing campaigns update online listings contribute to social media and help coordinate resident events that foster community
• Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt clear communication with prospects and residents alike
• Be a go-to resource for current residents offering support solving problems and helping maintain a welcoming responsive living environment
• Welcome every prospective resident with warmth professionalism and genuine interest in their needs

• 1 years of experience in leasing (preferred) sales or administration required
• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Excellent communication skills in person by phone and digitally
• Experience with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented organized and tech savvy with modern leasing systems
• Positive energetic and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
