About the Role
As Project Controller you will oversee the financial health budgeting forecasting and risk analysis of complex international projects. Acting as a strategic partner to project leadership you will ensure compliance monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to keep projects on budget.
Your Employment Offer
Deloitte Consulting is expanding and needs a Project Controller to support multiple project teams with financial analysis reporting and implementation of control processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape its development inspired by Deloittes international offices. You will join a Nordic network focused on building expertise and standardised tools to minimise financial risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project baselines budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor costs revenue recognition and schedule variance to identify risks early.
- Build financial tracking models to improve project financing transparency.
- Prepare financial reports trend analyses and insights for management.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and contractual claims.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to present analyses and provide financial advice.
- Adhere to project management quality control and risk management standards.
- Improve project control processes and mentor junior controllers.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance Business Administration Engineering or related field.
- Minimum four years experience in project controlling financial analysis or cost engineering preferably in consultancy.
- Strong business acumen analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Structured proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Advanced Excel skills and preferable experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Independent organised creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Flexible and humble thriving in a varied task environment.
