Job Summary

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage the full HR administration for employees across different europeen markets
- You create and handle all HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- You track document returns and ensure accurate and compliant data maintenance in our HR systems
- You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition HR Business Partners HR Controlling and Payroll within our ONE HR Team
- You ensure structured precise and legally compliant handling of contracts certificates amendments and reports
- You continuously support process optimization to enhance efficiency and data quality in HR administration
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Education You have successfully completed a degree ideally in HR office administration or similar field
Experience You bring professional experience in HR administration or personnel management
Tools You are confident using the full Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and ideally have first experience with Workday
Work Style You work in a discreet structured analytical and precise manner
Collaboration You are a strong team player and an organizational talent who thrives in cross-functional environments
Language You are fluent in English (written & spoken) with Dutch skills being a plus
