Competitive Salary: $54000-$55000 gross annually based on previous experience & education
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes managing requisitions job postings and candidate workflows within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage high-volume administrative recruitment tasks including pre-screening candidates preparing employment contracts and maintaining organized audit-ready documentation
Ensure compliance with Accor Fairmont and legal recruitment standards including processing background checks employment verifications and work permit documentation
Act as a central point of coordination between candidates hiring managers and internal stakeholders ensuring clear communication and a seamless recruitment experience
Support recruitment operations and programs including student work experience foreign worker programs employee referrals and internal transfers across the region
Maintain reporting and data integrity producing recruitment reports updating job description libraries and collaborating with teams such as Staff Housing and People &Culture to support onboarding and workforce planning
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
Previous recruitment or administrative experience in a high-volume environment (hospitality or agency experience is an asset)
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and large volumes of work with accuracy
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System () is an asset and strong technical proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy documentation and process compliance
Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional correspondence and employment contracts
Comfortable working in a primarily administrative process-driven role with a focus on coordination rather than extensive candidate relationship management
Ability to work independently problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Proven discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employment information
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Hospitality or a related field is an asset
