Designation: Senior Consultant (810 years)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Transformation within the Retail Banking domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of working with senior stakeholders coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and leading a team of Business Analysts in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Mobile and Web Banking journeys (WPB Digital).
- In-depth understanding of customer journeys mobile journeys and digital transformation initiatives in retail banking (mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience in delivering digital banking products.
- Experience working in complex and largescale deployment environments.
Business Analysis & Agile Delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering BRD/FRD preparation and framing user stories.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation projects within retail banking.
- Solid working knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Mandatory exposure to WPB Digital (Retail Banking Mobile/Web) ecosystems.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Confluence JIRA Excel and standard Business Analysis tools.
Required Experience
- Prior HSBC experience is preferred.
- 810 years of experience in Business Analysis stakeholder management or digital transformation roles.
- Strong background in the Retail Banking domain with exposure to multimarket project delivery.
- Education: UG and above
