Qualification
Bachelors degree in information technology computer science engineering or related field
Years of Experience
5 years of relevant work experience including:
3 years of experience developing and supporting integration solutions in production environments (required)
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Cloverleaf or similar integration platforms (required)
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
People Management Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional collaborative environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with team and enterprise objectives
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (required)
- Experience with Cloverleaf Integration Suite (preferred)
- Experience with MOVEit or similar secure file transfer tools (preferred)
- Strong understanding of integration patterns APIs and messaging systems (required)
- Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR (preferred)
- Experience working with JSON XML flat files and data transformation techniques (required)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services (required)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and integration with cloud services (preferred)
Other Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and system reliability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
