Busser, Brew Brothers Part Time (SatSun mornings)

The Employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Responsible for pre-bus/ bus tables remove dirty dishes maintaining clean side stations counters and create a clean safe and healthy environment for our guests.

• Provides superior guest service positively affects interactions with guests and team members and has the resilience to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.

• Responsible for pre-bussing and bussing of all guest areas including but not limited to scraping and stacking plates cups silverware and removal of any dirty linens transporting dirty items to dish pit or appropriate area.

• Be a customer experience owner act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a yes we can attitude every guest every time.

• Responsible for acknowledging customers in a friendly and timely manner addressing them by name whenever possible.

• Assists wait staff and host/ess as needed.

• Responsible for maintaining clean and organized side stations counters and guest areas. Restocking items as required.

• Assist host/ess in seating patrons.

• Must wear black slip resistant shoes at all and professional appearance.

• Knowledge and demonstration of workplace safety procedures. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames

• Comply with our drug & alcohol-free workplace.

• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including but not limited to bus carts dollies bus tubs glass and silverware racks.

• Ability to read simple instructions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team members.

• Ability to move effectively and efficiently around restaurant between chairs tables and guests with multiple distractions and large groups of people.

• Walking/standing 100% of which Bending/lifting 40% (overhead at arms length up to 50 pounds)

• Demonstrated knowledge and ability of policies and procedures of organization cleanliness of designated areas and the ability to provide guest satisfaction.

• Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which may include nights weekends and holidays

• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.

• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent with one year experience as a bartender or bar back preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
