At Creature the Project Manager is not a coordinator of scopes they are the owner of outcomes.

Purpose of the Role

Lead the full lifecycle of project delivery to ensure safety quality schedule and financial performance are achieved. The Project Manager exists to create alignment across teams eliminate friction between phases and deliver predictable high-performing projects that meet both client expectations and Creature standards.

Core Accountability

Own total project performance safety schedule quality financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of accountability for both internal execution and external communication.

Key Accountabilities

1) Project Execution & Delivery Leadership

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership of schedule scope and execution. Ensure alignment across design field and trade partners to deliver predictable results.

2) Financial Ownership & Performance

Own project gross margin forecasting buyout cost tracking and billing. Ensure financial accuracy and proactively manage risks that impact profitability.

3) Planning Procurement & Risk Management

Develop and maintain master schedules lead procurement and subcontractor coordination and identify risks early. Drive proactive problem-solving to protect schedule and budget.

4) Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects and internal teams. Lead coordination meetings and maintain clear consistent communication across all stakeholders.

5) Leadership Integration & Continuous Improvement

Mentor team members support field operations and reinforce Creatures values. Eliminate silos by connecting Design Precon and Field teams while contributing lessons learned to improve future projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in construction or design-build environments
• Strong understanding of scheduling cost control and project execution
• Experience with Procore PowerBI Excel and project management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
