Job Summary
Automotive Sales Managerto join our family-owned dealership.The Sales Manager must has experience in multiple positions in the sales department to include new and used sales desking and finance. Effective communication organizational skills and time management is a must have. The sales manager is responsible for leading vehicle sales department which includes: new and used inventory management sales performance results employee supervision and training and client satisfaction. The sales manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic.

Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements:
- Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and Supervises sales team
- Sets schedules and motivates sales team
- Oversees department inventory
- Responsible for sales price
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
- Attends manager meetings
- Back up F&I department
- Appraise vehicles
- Manage incentives and new vehicle pricing
