Job Description: Revenue Cycle Specialist at Compass Realty Inc

Description:

The Revenue Cycle Specialist will oversee the end-to-end financial processes related to revenue generation ensuring timely and accurate billing collections and reporting. You will work closely with sales property management and accounting teams to maintain cash flow resolve discrepancies and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full revenue cycle including invoicing billing and collection processes.
Ensure accurate entry of client and transaction data into the financial systems.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies between payments invoices and contracts.
Collaborate with property management leasing and sales teams to ensure billing accuracy.
Generate financial reports for management highlighting trends gaps and revenue insights.
Maintain compliance with company policies contracts and applicable regulations.
Assist with audits financial reviews and month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in revenue cycle management accounts receivable or financial operations (experience in real estate or property management is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with accounting software ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
