Position Details
Job Title: Finance Manager F&I Sales
Location: Gainesville TX - In person
Job Type: Full time
What You Will Do
Drive profitability by presenting and selling finance and protection products
Execute and uphold a consistent and structured sales process
Present all products to every customer using a menu system
Stay current on manufacturer incentives and promotions
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance documentation
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Track deal funding and maintain organized reporting
Collaborate with sales and department managers to improve operations
Manage finance expenses and minimize chargebacks
Contribute ideas for marketing and promotional initiatives
Handle all financing titling and documentation related to unit sales
What We Are Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions
Self motivated with a team first mindset
Comfortable working with numbers and financial structures
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong closing skills and confidence in one on one interactions
Prior dealership F&I experience is a plus but not required
Understanding of performance based compensation is highly recommended
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
