Shift: Day Shift 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with orthopedic experience for a 13-week assignment. The RN will provide care to patients in a specialized orthopedic spine unit managing post-surgical and medical conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in a MS/Telemetry orthopedic unit
Monitor and assess patients with post-surgical cardiac and medical conditions
Administer medications including Heparin drips and post-procedural care
Provide care for patients undergoing spinal surgeries and orthopedic procedures
Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and pain management
Ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Active South Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact License
BLS ACLS and NIHSS Certifications required
Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
Orthopedic experience required
