Job Purpose and Impact

The Commodity Compliance Specialist III willwork withinanorganizational frameworkdesigned toensurethat the organizations activities follow the necessary rules and regulations andcomply withlegal and regulatory boundaries this role you will provideregulatory knowledge andbusiness understanding to handle complex compliance support for the assigned business line.

The Commodity Compliance Specialist III willsupportand enhanceprogramsdesigned toensure that the organizations activities follow the necessary rules and regulations andcomply withlegal and regulatory boundaries this role you will provide advanced business understanding to handle complex compliance support for the assigned business line.

Key Accountabilities

  • With limited supervision vet proposed transactionstaking into accountinternal guidelines as well as outside regulatory requirements to mitigatecompliancerisk.

  • With limited supervisionreview and adviseonactivitiesforcompliance with applicableregulatory requirements includingderivativestransactionsfinancial crimeanti-moneylaunderinganti-briberyand corruptionand working knowledge ofdata privacy and sanctions.

  • Administer defined proceduresanalysesand report preparation.

  • Work with more senior staff when dealing with complex issues larger clients accounts projects analyses or internal relationships.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalatingand consultingonthe morecomplex issues toappropriate staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four yearsrelated work experience

  • Working knowledge of English and Spanish preferred

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
