We are seeking a Supervisor WI Sleep Clinic to:
- Lead and develop an effective staff: provide effective communication guidance resources and work collaboratively with leadership.
- Schedule and supervise sleep studies ensure adherence to protocols and AASM quality standards coordinate staff schedules facilitate training and onboarding and provide technical guidance.
- Identify and solve operational problems reduce costs improve efficiency and improve overall operation of the sleep lab.
- Provide patient care as needed and/or act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelors Degree in business or another related field Preferred
- Registered sleep technician or registered respiratory therapist Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting Required
- 1 year of leadership experience Required
- 5 years of experience performing all direct care duties as a Sleep Technician Preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience or teaching experience in a Sleep Technician program or other healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- CMS recognized certification as a Registered Sleep Technician within 2 Yrs Required or
- Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) within 2 Yrs Required
- CPR Certification Upon Hire Required
- Registered respiratory therapist Preferred
