Our CRM & Martech team sits at the center of our sales service and communication technology and were looking for a new developer to join the team. Were after someone curious pragmatic and excited about solving problems within our domain.
What you do:
Youll be part of an agile cross-functional international squad of 10 people distributed across Copenhagen Helsinki and Oslo responsible for developing and evolving our CRM and Martech practice that means youll:
- Build and improve solutions that support our internal sales service and communication domains
- Contribute to technical direction and solution design within the CRM space
- Balance speed quality and long-term maintainability
- Experiment learn and iterate on an everyday basis (and not just deliver on tickets)
Out team cares deeply about why we build things meaning youre here to help shape that understanding and not just implement someone elses idea.
How we build:
We build a lot of our software through use of AI allowing it to help generate test and iterate on our code. AI sits front and center in how we work helping us:
- Move fast and iterate often
- Learn by experimentation without over-designing
- Spend more time on outcomes and less on ceremony
Youll be expected to use AI on a daily basis challenge its output and continuously improve how you collaborate with it. (Good judgment still matters.)
