Job Summary

Power Platform Engineer Shape the Next Stage of Our CRM Transformation

If you are motivated by building digital solutions and want to grow your skills within Microsoft technologies this role gives you the chance to develop hands-on experience while contributing to STARK Groups international CRM journey. You will join a dedicated CRM team rolling out new Power Platform applications and Dynamics 365 CE modules across England Germany Sweden Finland Norway and Denmark and help turn business needs into well designed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be involved in analysing implementing and maintaining our collaboration and communication solutions. While each project has its own scope your role in the CRM Team is to connect technology requirements and user needs contributing to solutions that support our business and strengthen collaboration across the STARK CRM Team we build our solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will contribute to our new projects and can influence project execution while also learning and developing your skills in the Power Platform and Dynamics applications.

You will:

  • Support the design and implementation of our CRM application working with modeldriven apps and leveraging Dynamics 365 CE functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to understand requirements and identify the right technical approach for each project.
  • Contribute to data modelling discussions and CRM architecture decisions that ensure scalable and wellstructured solutions.
  • Explore and discuss opportunities for extending the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem where needed.
  • Build an understanding of our development workflows in Azure DevOps including how we manage CI/CD pipelines and project execution.

Success in the role starts with being curious asking questions and learning from the team. As you grow you will take more ownership of tasks and gradually contribute to specific projects and processes. Along the way you will help contribute to our positive open and collaborative team environment.

Your profile includes:

  • A basic understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and a strong motivation to develop your skills further.
  • Some experience with Power Apps or a genuine desire to learn how to build modeldriven apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
  • The ability to outline processes or workflows and an interest in learning more structured ways of working.
  • Curiosity and some understanding of data modelling CRM concepts and how the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 can be extended and customized.
  • An interest in understanding how Azure DevOps supports development workflows even if you are new to it.
