This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join EYs specialist Management Taxes and Transactions team based in in London Manchester Glasgow or Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with our excellent existing clients and intermediaries providing a great opportunity to build and expand their network and be instrumental in winning new business.

Your key responsibilities

Assist in the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects for their clients ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach.
Effective time management ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.
Good knowledge of advising a range of individuals and/or companies including AIM listed PE backed Family Owned and OMB or experience in implementing management incentive plans or share options plans.
