Job Summary
| Job Purpose | We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional with atleast 4-5 years of experience in offer management and data analysis. Create implement and monitor offers across multiple channels Methodical analysis of data and conversions of complex data into simple and readable format to enable business decisioning Design and implement automation pipelines and dashboards to streamline processes and monitor performance Build deploy and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analytics Ensure data accuracy quality and integrity across automated systems Ensure offers adhere to Risk policies and audit requirements |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Enabling Automation pipelines and SPs to bring process efficiency Identify new potential channels through scanning of environment and industry trends emerging ideas and inputs from businesses Continuous engagement with stakeholders including call centre managers business heads and sales team to define and track areas of improvement |
| Key Decisions / Dimensions | Identifying cluster of customers Ensuring all offer campaigns are rolled out within pre-agreed timelines management of all issues that might come while meeting the end goal |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | Qualifications Graduate or Post-Graduate Graduate with 6-7 years of experience post graduate with atleast 4-5 years of experience Experience either in financial sector or in a different sector with similar job role Must have prior experience of business development or handling business stakeholders and partners Must be proficient in Excel SQL. Knowledge and experience of any one of the visualization tools and python will be an added advantage Functional Skills & Behavioral Skills Entrepreneurship skills Stakeholder management Agile Persistence Relevant and total years of Experience Graduate or Post-Graduate Graduate with 6-7 years of experience post graduate with atleast 4-5 years of experience Experience either in financial sector or in a different sector with similar job role |
