Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist withKinnser experience to provide in-home physical therapy services in Westland MI and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes ensuring personalized treatment plans designed to improve mobility reduce pain and promote recovery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient progress and update electronic health records using Kinnser software.
- Communicate regularly with patients families and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality standards.
- Maintain professional development and stay current with physical therapy best practices.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Kinnser home care software preferred.
- Previous home care physical therapy experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Westland and surrounding areas.
