As a Relief Teacher at SCBC you will maintain learning momentum by delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum. You will build positive relationships with students establish safe and purposeful classroom environments and confidently support diverse learning needs.

What Youll Bring
- Current Teacher Registration in Western Australia meeting the qualification and registration requirements of the Teacher Registration Board of WA
- Confidence teaching across a variety of year levels and subject areas
- Strong classroom management and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- A commitment to inclusive teaching and responding to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting College life
- A willingness to grow professionally and contribute to a culture of excellence
Essential Criteria:
- A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ
- Active participation in a church or Christian community exemplifying Christian beliefs behaviour and practices
- Acceptance of the Colleges Statement of Faith
- Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board Principal staff students and parents
- Commitment to personal best practice
- Ensure decisions are impartial fact-based and fair
- Model appropriate and proper channels of communication
- Consistently act in the best interests of the College and its ethos
- Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined by SCBC
- Commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment in line with the Colleges values and policies
- Possession of the following certifications:
- National Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
