Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
Providesfinancial support tovenues. Maintainsstandard financial reports and guidesmanagement in the development of annual and provides workdirectionto Cost Analyst.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trackscostsresearchesfinancial variances providesexplanations and recommendssolutions to management.
- Prepares cost estimates and analyses for special projects and makes recommendationsregardingoperational decisionsrelativeto those projects.
- Executesmonth-end close journal entriesprocessesandbalancessheet account reconciliations within required deadlines.
- Preparesfinancial reports that both summarize and detail the performance of venues.
- Guidesthe operatingdivisionmanagement in the development of annual operating budgets.
- Supervises Cost Analystbyprovidingleadership coaching mentoring career development and performance Cost Analyst is meeting allobjectivesand accountabilities.
- Understand and activelyparticipatein Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDXpolicy procedures training andTeamMember involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervises an Exempt team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withthe organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Must be able toworka flexible andvaryingschedule based on business needs.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or Businessrequired.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
CPAPreferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3years ofcost accounting financialanalysisor business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
