General Purpose:
To provide superior customer service to Elwood accounts serviced across multiple markets. This includes exceptional support to the field organization as they target new opportunities as well as service existing regional and national account customers. Driving the sales and service delivery strategy to grow accounts is a core foundation of the role.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as centralized point of contact for large National Account clients to answer questions resolve issues drive account expansion and facilitate correction of any service issues.
- Assist the branches BDMs and field leadership with multi-account questions including location opportunities servicing requirements system set-up program protocol etc.
- Lead roll-out process for multi-location accounts including preparation of Quick Reference Guides coordinating with customer locations launching opportunities to the field and addressing resulting questions or concerns.
- Lead License to Hunt Campaigns including reporting on sales activity and metric tracking of results.
- Create market intelligence as requested including compensation analysis and support.
- Communicate with field leadership and teams regarding any program changes with multi-site accounts.
- Actively engage with field leadership in the pursuit of multi-market accounts.
- Develop complete working knowledge and usage of Elwoods technology systems.
- Monitor KPIs; drive swift action to resolve shortcomings.
- Proactively analyze data to develop and deploy solutions.
- Drive consistency in client reporting providing commentary on insights and opportunities.
- Find and implement value-add opportunities.
- Ensuring service delivery reporting and compliance consistency across all sites.
- Work with VP of National Accounts Programs in preparing and presenting proposals presentations business reviews reports data analytics as requested.
- Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- College degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Capable of working effectively in a busy atmosphere requiring a constant ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various audiences.
- Experience hosting and presenting materials and presentations using online team meeting software.
- Strong analytical organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
- Passion for excellence and bias for urgency/speed of response.
- Ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
